Peters Photography trading as The Past In Pictures will confirm despatch of goods via email.
Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative. As you may appreciate, to hold stocks of all finished photographs of such a large collection (we have a considerable number of images still to be added to this website) is impactical. We therefore print photographs in our darkrooms against orders as they are received. As such we quote delivery within 14 days of receipt of payment cleared orders. Please note that you may receive an email stating that the item is in stock but at present this is a fault in the system which is being worked on.
If we cannot despatch an item to you within the specified time we will notify you and, if required, at your request we will cancel the order and refund your money in full. Once the items have been signed for at the delivery address it is no longer the responsibility of The Past In Pictures (unless the incorrect photo has been sent by us). Refunds will not be given if your gift is not passed to the main recipient.
The Past In Pictures cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by any third party.
Packaging and Postage
All finished photographs are supplied in durable clear acetate sealed pocket sleeves and despatched in board backed envelopes.
To make life easier for you, we have a very simple way of charging postage and packing. 2.95 GBP for the first photograph and 1 GBP for every additional photograph on the same order. This applies to any of the three size formats we offered on our site. This has to represent excellent value for money.
If you are considering buying more than 10 photographs, please contact us about a further discount.
All delivery prices shown are for UK only delivery. We are happy to despatch our products outside of the UK. Please contact us for further information.
How to track an order that's been shipped
If you choose to create an account with The Past In Pictures you will be able to track the shipment of your order(s). Simply login to your account to view the details.
Goods Damaged In Transit
Please check your goods on delivery. If the items do arrive damaged/faulty, please let us know within 7 days and arrange to post them back to us via Recorded Delivery in their original packaging. We will reimburse these extra postage costs. If you do not inform us within 7 days, then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged/faulty on delivery.

Refunds and Returned Goods
If for any reason the products do not meet your expectations, please contact us at sales@petersphotography.co.uk to discuss a refund or exchange.
You must notify us by email within 7 days of receipt. Return the item to us at your own expense, (unless the item is damaged or faulty) via Recorded Delivery. We will despatch as soon as possible a replacement photograph or offer a refund, provided the returned goods are unused and in merchantable condition. Please note when issuing a refund, postage costs on the original order are not refunded unless the goods are damaged or faulty.
