Definitions

The Past In Pictures is a trading name of Peters Photography.
"Company" means Peters Photography of Bournemouth, Dorset, United Kingdom.
"Customer" or "You" means the person or company who place an order via the website to purchase any of the products or services.
"Products" means the physical products offered for sale by The Past In Pictures via the website.

Acceptance of Order

When you complete an order via our website you will be asked to confirm that you agree to our terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be updated occasionally, please check them before making your purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.

General

These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of all products and services by the company to the customer. We have made every effort to display and describe our products and services as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the products will be exactly as seen on your monitor and browser due to the complex variations in colour definitions on screen.

Price

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP). All prices are exclusive of postage and packaging, unless otherwise stated. The total price of your order is calculated and displayed before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden extra costs. The Past In Pictures makes every effort to ensure that all prices and descriptions quoted on its website are correct and accurate. However, the nature and speed of e-commerce data transfer and transaction processing makes it inevitable that mistakes will occasionally occur. In the case of a manifest error or omission, the Company will be entitled to rescind the contract, not withstanding that it has already accepted the Customer's order, and Peters Photography's liability in that event will be limited to the return of any money the Customer has paid in respect of that order.

Payments

Payments must be made in pounds sterling (GBP) only. You can use VISA, MasterCard or PayPal or pay by cheque. When you have completed your selection you are automatically transferred to the PayPal secure server. Please ensure all card details are entered correctly on the order form as incorrect data will result in the credit/debit card being rejected for payment and can cause delays to the order fulfilment process. After placing an order the Customer will receive an email confirmation for the purchase.

Licence Agreement

Images from this website may not be copied or reproduced without prior written consent. The Customer shall respect all license agreements delivered by the copyright owners. The Past In Pictures cannot be responsible for any misuse by the customer or any third party.

Complaints

We want all our customers to be completely satisfied with our service. We will deal with complaints effectively. We will be fair and handle you complaint confidentially.
